1. Policy Overview

At SDR Nirmman Private Limited, we strive to deliver the highest quality property due diligence, risk analysis, and location intelligence audits. Since our services involve manual legal document extraction, sub-registrar queries, and surveyor site visits, refunds are managed in tiers based on the work progress of the research request.

2. Order Cancellation Tiers

If you wish to cancel a research or survey request, refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

• Within 12 Hours of Booking: A full 100% refund is eligible, provided our research coordinators have not initiated document harvests at the sub-registrar office.
• After Registry Search Initiation: A 50% refund will be issued if our legal counsels have already pulled registry index records or mutation documents from public databases.
• Post Surveyor Dispatch: If a physical land surveyor has been dispatched to coordinate boundaries, coordinate expenses will be deducted from the refund balance.
• After Draft Report Compilation: Once a research report draft has been compiled and formatted by our analyst panel, no refunds can be issued.

3. Custom Enterprise Agreements

For custom commercial real estate acquisitions, bank mortgage portfolios, and corporate relocation due diligence services, cancellation and refund schedules are governed by the specific service agreements executed between SDR Nirmman and the client.

4. Process of Refund Claims

To request a cancellation and claim a refund, email our finance desk at billing@sdrnirmman.com with your order transaction details. Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
